Shipping

Most  orders will ship in 10-12 working days. 

Specialty orders, custom sizes, circular, glass and operating skylights will ship in about 3 weeks, some longer.

Orders up to 30 lbs. can ship UPS to a residential address.

Orders over 30 lbs. will ship common freight carrier to a business address.

Claims for damage must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery – Please inspect all contents for damage upon delivery.

For International Shipments

We will ship to your exporter in the U.S. (please use a Florida exporter if possible). You must handle all details from that point on. Please give us an exact delivery point in the U.S. and let us know exactly how to mark packages. We prefer that you do this via fax or e-mail to ensure accuracy.

Payment must be in the form of a cash transfer or cash payment... Secured before product will be shipped.
